3-3-19 Sweet Diva was adopted today. What could be sadder then having your mommy die and then be left in your house all alone for over a month? This sweet girl 3-year-old darling was living in a house - alone - for over a month with someone coming in maybe once a day to throw some food down on the floor for her. Her owner died and no one was willing or able to take her. She was not taken out, she was not walked, she was not loved and cuddled and cared for. She lived alone in the house that reeked of her urine and feces. Finally, her kind neighbor approached the person who came to feed her and asked if she could help find Diva a home. That is how Diva became a United Yorkie Rescue dog. Her foster mom took her to the vet, had her bathed and groomed, and loved her every single day. All she needed now was her forever home. That happened today. She was adopted by two wonderful mommies who have promised her to never ever ever leave her along again. She will always be loved and cared for until her very last day, which won't be for a long time. She has a fur brother to play with and a fenced yard to run around in and mommies who work from home. Diva is so happy her tail can't stop wagging. We are so happy for Diva. Nothing but happy days for her every day forever and ever.
